It could be that this person was trying to use English/Spanish. As Pedo = Fart in Spanis, thus Old Pedo = "Old Fart"

I spotted this plate as well...AT WALT DISNEY WORLD in mid-October. Silver Toyota.
I saw this car in Lancaster, Ohio last week. My husband didn't believe me, so I of course came right home and googled "old pedo." I wasn't seeing things! Whatever this guy's reasoning, it was BAD.
Most people who have bunions have a hereditary genetic condition called overpronation.
Spotted in Delaware, OH today. Driver was a creepy old man.
