I saw this woman throw her cigarette out her window and then noticed her personalized Breast Cancer Awareness license plate.
Idiot.
Perhaps I am just an asshole, but it seems as if you support such a cause, you wouldn't engage in similar ,and very obvious, self-destructive activities.
And quit littering. I sometimes wonder if it is illegal to give someone back their cigarette butt by throwing it back in their car.

Breast cancer isn't caused by smoking.
well yes, but other cancers are.
if you're going to fight against one type, why not all?
Well, Bob... it depends on which studies you read.
You are obviously reading the other ones.
That was awful nice of you to block out her license plate so your readers couldn't go to the local dmv, look up her address, and litter her lawn with cigarette butts.
the thought of returning people's trash to them is funny in and of itself.
as for this specific trash, you should definitely throw it back in the window if it is still lit, since the jackasses who launch burning cigarettes should be set on fire themselves. i live in california (you know, the state where the fires are) smack in the middle of rolling brown hills and i still see people tossing their burning butts.
glad to hear that i'm not the only one who is pissed off by this.
Several friends will place butts under people's windshield wiper blades when they see people drop them. Another friend had a butt fly into his car back in High School with a bunch of friends. "Luckily" they had a fire exteinguisher in the car with them. The offending driver got a dose of fire prevention "stuff". (Note, I was not there and do not know if this was a nasty chemical laden extinguisher, a CO2 extinguisher, or just water...)
If the butt is still burning, it's NOT illegal, Juan.
